Description:

Schedule, develop materials for, and execute project pre-job planning meetings.

Develop, maintain, and distribute project schedule to field, office, and customer personnel throughout the course of the project.

Schedule and hold weekly coordination meetings with field personnel. The information obtained through these meetings will be utilized to update project schedules and communicate progress to the customer.

Create and manage the schedule of values for the project. This schedule of values will be utilized to calculate project percent complete, evaluate labor productivity, and communicate required invoicing to the billing department.

Identify and acquire change orders based upon changes in scope throughout the project life-cycle.

Forecast project financial performance to accounting group on regular intervals through the project lifecycle.

Conduct project post-job reviews to identify lessons learned, highlight marketing opportunities, and make adjustments to estimating units for future project bidding.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

· Prior construction project management experience;

· At least 5 years managing renewable jobsites. Preferable Wind.

· Bachelor's degree in Construction, Civil or Architectural Engineering, Construction Management, a related field or equivalent experience and education;

· Proficient in the use of computers, peripherals, and software such as Microsoft Project, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Outlook;

· Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record;

Experience communicating with engineers, contractors, and customers on design build projects

MUST HAVE:Seeing a substation from start to finish on a renewable jobsite. Ideally Wind.

MUST HAVE: This is a full blown travel role. Project across the Midwest. In, IL, Montana.

MUST HAVE: This will be a salary exempt position. Don't promise a bunch of OT on time and a half.

Experience working in Viewpoint preferred, Procore, Bluebeam, or Microsoft Project.

Must have used Excel in the past.
