Description:

The Project Engineer is responsible for utilizing AutoCAD 2D to design sheet metal products. They will be responsible for reading and interpreting blueprints/drawings from clients and creating designs that can be produced in the shop. The Project Engineer may be asked to interact clients in order to support design to manufacturing, project management, and customer support

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

Education

BS in Engineering preferred

Experience

5-10 years of experience within a sheet metal manufacturing/production environment, additional experience within architecture is preferred

Experience with sheet metal design using AutoCAD 2D

Experience reviewing blueprints and drawings

Experience Level:

Intermediate Level
