- Design in Revit in the areas of commercial, retail, mixed-use, science and technology, hospitality, and multi-family residential (concentration on housing)
- Manage junior staff and cultivating an environment of encouragement and growth
- Interfacing with clients and running with projects from start to finish without supervision
Skills & Qualifications:
- 5-10 years of architectural experience (Revit design and renderings)
- Proficient in architectural material & systems detailing and envelope systems design
- Experience with construction administration, codes, and regulatory processes
- Architectural License is strongly preferred
