Description:

• Will facilitate batch record red-line review and update process: Print batch records, bind records, sign and issue to appropriate manager/building, maintain spreadsheets to ensure accurate batch records
• Handle creation of POs in Ariba and eMP.
• Responsible for new employee checklists ensuring everything has been ordered; shoes/uniforms, etc
• Assist with other tasks as needed. May include the following.

- Document archiving and storage

- QA Batch record pick-up & tracking

- QA GMP Walkthroughs (ORC back-up as needed)

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• Preferred candidate would have 2-6 years experience in manufacturing environment (preferably pharmaceutical, biotech or chemical)
• Strong know of SOPs and quality, or technical writing experience
