**Position Overview:**
We are currently seeking a motivated individual with either entry-level or a few years of experience in mechanical design, particularly utilizing SolidWorks software. As a Mechanical Design Engineer, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the design and development of automotive components and systems, playing a pivotal role in driving forward our engineering initiatives.
**Responsibilities:**
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to understand project requirements and objectives
- Utilize SolidWorks software to create detailed designs and engineering drawings
- Participate in the conceptualization, prototyping, and testing of mechanical components and systems
- Conduct analysis and simulation to validate designs and ensure compliance with performance standards
- Work closely with manufacturing teams to support the transition of designs into production
- Continuously seek opportunities for improvement and innovation in design processes and methodologies
**Qualifications:**
**For Entry-Level Candidates:**
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
- Proficiency in SolidWorks software, with the ability to create and modify 3D models and drawings
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
**For Candidates with a Few Years of Experience:**
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
