Description:

- Oversee prescription dispensing personnel & operations during shift. Ensure proper technique, accurate preparation and compliance with applicable laws for of all pharmaceutical products dispensed during shift. - Final verification for non-sterile and sterile prescriptions, which includes but is not limited to the proper packaging, proper assignment of beyond use date, final inspection of the finished products and proper directions for use- Must be willing and able to train, coach and counsel all technicians who are performing non-sterile compounding.- When needed the staff pharmacist shall take part in shipping and handling of all prescription orders.- Must be able to work in a fast paced and changing environmentMust Haves: - 2 years Pharmacist experience - ideally someone coming from retail or hospital setting. - PharmD- Any compounding experience is a plus!
