Job Description:
- primarily responsible for receiving and processing all new admissions and readmissions
- Process all admission demographic and billing information and ensure completion before sending to other departments for medication order entry, processing and delivery
- Obtains any missing information within 24-48 hours and complete patient profile
- Verify and ensure receipt of insurance cards and Pharmacy Enrollment Agreement
Qualifications:
- 1 year of pharmacy experience OR (patient access representative experience) is Mandatory
- Must be familiar with Medical Terminology
