In this pivotal role, you will use ONS standards and guidelines, maintain accurate and safe disposal of biohazardous waste, and be responsible for ongoing patient assessment. You will ensure appropriate charges are captured by following guidelines for the administration of all medications, and follow the company's I.D. policy and procedure with every patient encounter. You will also act as a moderator/instructor for chemotherapy classes, educate patients and their families about medications, side effects, and planned treatment courses. Your interaction with patients and their families should always be in a caring, professional manner. You will prioritize incoming calls and messages, assisting with inventory and restocking medical supplies. You will also need to have a working knowledge of dispensing medications via Nucleus.
This is a permanent position.
This is a fully on-site position in The Villages, Florida.
