Description:

Seeking an MEP Superintendent to lead and coordinate work for a specific data center project located in central Ohio. The ideal candidate will bring deep electrical expertise and will be responsible for the construction work completed by electrical and mechanical subcontractors.

• Upgrades to the existing UPS rooms. Includes installation of a Swing UPS system, converting the wet cell batteries to lithium iodine batteries, and new UPS modules
• Installation of two new 2MW generators to support the UPS system upgrade.
• Increasing computer room power capacity by installing additional Mini Load Centers (MLCs), Automatic Static Transfer Switches (ASTS), and Remote Power Panels (RPPs) in 3 computer rooms.
• Adding additional cooling to the Swing UPS Room and Computer Rooms by adding 27 new CRAH units.
• Updating the existing BMS and EMPS systems to support the new mechanical and electrical equipment.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• Eight to ten years of critical MEP construction experience.
• Detailed understanding of mechanical and electrical systems, including, installation, functionality and troubleshooting.
