Urgently Hiring Medical Technologist for one of the best clinical labs in the US! This hospital is looking for MLT's to join their team and provide opportunities for advancement and training resources.

Qualifications:

1) NYS MLT License

2) Bachelors in Medical Technology or related field

Also Hiring for MLT Supervisors:

6 years of professional MLT experience in a lab when former lead or supervisory experience

- To supervise, hire, train, discipline and evaluate the performance of staff members

- Schedules, assesses staffing needs, designates work assignments, analyzes equipment and monitors the department to assure maximum productivity

- Analyzes procedures and protocols and adjust workflow changes when necessary.

- Oversees all QC in the department and must stay current with all government regulations.

- Monitors all maintenance and calibrations of equipment.

- Assists with point of care testing

Environment:

Overnight shifts - 11:00pm-7:00am
