Job Description:
- Medical Technician will perform all necessary laboratory testing in the detection, diagnosis, and prognosis of disease.
- Follows written lab procedures for the correct handling and processing of specimens.
- Utilize ortho vitros and sysmex Xm instruments for hematology and chemistry testing
- Handle STAT samples of around 100 per shift
- Follows protocols for acceptance/rejection of patient results.
- Locating and transporting specimens as per company standards and protocols.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science degree in Medical Technology, Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry or related life science.
