Description:
Large Semiconductor Manufacturer needs support in clean room environment for a long term Material Handling project.
We need a team of 2 Team Leads and 4 Material Handlers - 1 TL and 2 MH per shift - Front Half and Back Half days.
Manage and track the movement of material to make sure material is where it needs to be at the required time
Register the movement of material and maintain the status in SAP to show the status of the material within 24 hours of status change
Manage the storage of the material so material can be found quickly and ensure the material is not lost
Physically move the material both within the clean room and support the movement of material from the warehouse to the customer facility
Track and register serial number of the material using RF Scanner
Ensure the material is allocated and physically moved using the appropriate transportation method
Ordering material
Organizing transportation as required
Inspect tools for completeness and appropriate certifications
Keep the work area need and clean
Ensure accuracy and completeness of tooling and "kits" as part of the pickup and return process. This includes rejection of the tools/kits if not complete or
accurate.
Assist in defect resolution for incoming tools/kits
Work according to local and customer safety and specific Ways of Working (WoW)
Essential Skills:
Worked in some kind of Material Handling or Manufacturing Environment
RF Scanner
Basic Excel
Good Personality
Clean Room Environment experience (not essential, but must validate if they are happy to do this)
We need 1 Team Lead and 2 Material Handlers per day shift.
Shift will be 7pm to 7am either Sun-Tuesday every other SATURDAY (front half) or Weds-Friday every other Saturday (back half)
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
Candidates should have some familiarity/exp. with SAP. If not SAP, some sort of other ERP system in a logistics environment/role.
They should be Customer Service oriented
Multitasking skills
Because they will be working independently, the resume or interview needs to demonstrate they have initiative, can seek out help and feedback when needed or appropriate but be highly self-directive.
They will be day shift so there will be day support. They will be side by side with a FTE registrar and an SAP coordinator at the main ASML office will be giving direction
Physical labor up independently and repeatedly throughout shift.
Comfortable being active in bunny suit entire shift and being on feet all day
Organizational skill really important. Need to be able to go into an area and understand how to set it up in some way get things out efficiently; optimize and organize without being told.
Convey to counterparts your process/thoughts, things left to be done, why things were done a certain way, etc.
Process improvement exp. working in a lean manufacturing environment; or worked in that environment in a logistics setting.
They absolutely need to have Excel skills and we would like them tested. They at a minimum need; Sorting, filtering, basic knowledge of excel
