Polymer Engineer

We are currently seeking an experienced polymer characterization engineer to work with the research and product team to characterize polymer performance.
Responsibilities
Polymer related experiment design and research
Conduct different polymer characterizations including solution and melt rheology, DMA, Instron, DSC.
Conduct surface characterization using SEM, AFM.
Conduct data process and analysis
Write testing reports and present the testing results to teams
Lab equipment maintenance
Minimum qualification
3 years of experience in material characterization with an emphasis on polymer characterization.
3 years of experience in polymer research
MS or PhD in material science, polymer science and engineering, polymer physics, or related fields.
Data process and analysis
Clear communication and report writing
Local to Redmond WA or willing to move without moving compensation
Preferred qualification
PhD research experience
