- Lead mold maintenance and development for all product lines.- Continuous Improvement by researching new technology for improvements to product, molds, materials, and manufacturing.- Work with vendors to improve molds and mold maintenance.- Work with engineering to make sure new and existing product and tool designs are moldable.- Suggest Design changes or different processes.
