Project Architects! – We are offering the opportunity to work on some of the state’s most exciting and steady projects all through the area!

The Position: We’re looking for the state’s best and brightest Architects to work on one of New Jersey’s most popular projects! K-12 Schools! This opportunity will require you to work on projects in all phases of the Architectural process utilizing the Revit software!

Requirements For the Role:

• Bachelor or Master of Architecture degree from an accredited college required
• Professional Experience working within Revit
• 2-5 years of experience as a designer or architect for small to large-scale architectural projects
• K-12/ Higher Educational and/or Public Work experience is a MUST - 85% of the work is with NJ schools
• The ability to effectively maintain records and files and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously will be instrumental in our success

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate surveying of sites and buildings, interior and exterior.
• Attend design meetings and develop a bond with our Clients.
• Consult with our clients to determine their needs including the functional and spatial requirements for each respective project.
• Monitor and manage all design requests but most of all the Client Relationship.
• Manage the creation of bid documents - Design Development and Construction Documents, including:
  • Implementing the design into a legible, consistent, coordinated set of Drawings.
