• Pay: $80k- $130k , negotiable based on experience
• On site position
• Client is leading the digital transformation of energy management and automation. Their tech enables the world to use energy in a safe, efficient and sustainable manner.

Job Responsibilities

• Implement production standards to establish, maintain, and enhance production equipment and processes.
• Reduce downtime, improve quality, continuous improvement, and safety.
• Develop LEAN methodologies: May include VMS (value stream mapping), SMED (single minute exchange of dies), 8-Wastes, Takt Time, Jidoka, PokaYoke, Kaizen, MTM (motion & time movements) LADM (line architecture design methodology), MPH (material providing & handling) and Six Sigma
• Conduct time motion studies and develop standardized work instructions to support standard time coordination
• 6-Sigma
• Determine Manufacturing process Layout Optimization
• Monitor efficiency indicators, KE, OEE, NEE, IE to improve capacity of the line.
• Provide Manufacturing engineering support for Smart Factory (Industry 4.0) deployment
• Coordination of BOM and routings for the product lines.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Industrial, Manufacturing, or Mechanical Engineering
• 2 years Industrial Engineering experience in an automated industrial environment
• Manufacturing process layout optimization
• Experience in Time-motion studies and standardized work
• Hands-On experience with LEAN concepts
• Pro-E/CREO/AutoCAD proficiency
