Basic Qualifications:

· BS in Electrical Engineering with 5-8 years of relevant work

· Experience with schematic and circuit board layout (for example Altium, Cadence)

· Experience with digital boundary scan, analog boundary scan, internal scan, LBIST, MBIST

· Experience with Design Analysis Testing (DAT) and Design Verification Testing (DVT)

Preferred Qualifications:

· Software and systems experience; equipment and fixturing design

· Process Development; equipment validations and process characterization experience

· Wafer-Level Test and Burn-in experience

· Experience with IC failure diagnostics

· Ability to translate theoretical and abstract ideas into meaningful innovation

· LabVIEW and/or C/C programming experience

· Data driven individual; statistical analysis experience
