Description:

As a Hardware Engineer, you play a crucial role in our ability to develop breakthrough technology for medical ultrasound imaging.

• Designing and develop data acquisition systems
• Build characterization test beds for electronic hardware, and write the software that executes the hardware characterization

Must Have:

• PCB Design & Layout
• Digital and/or mixed signal design

Nice to have:

• Exposure to FPGA
• Xilinx - Microcontroller (ideally NVD- Intel processors)

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• BS in electrical engineering
• Experience with CAD design and layout, preferably using SPICE Simulator and Altium
• Experience testing microelectronic components and systems
• Lab experience with circuit debugging and instrumentation such as oscilloscopes, power supplies, and data acquisition boards
• Experience with systems using FPGAs or microcontrollers
• Ability to read and interpret engineering specifications, drawings, and technical analyses
