-Coordinate and supervise all field GC activities, include field employees and clients' coordination and communication- Job order contracting is a plus-Read and understand construction plans and specs.-Maintain a positive relationship with all customers and field employees.-Have an exceptional eye for detail. -Perform quality control duties, means, and methods for painting.-Poses great leadership skills with ability and willingness to face challenges, solve problems, motivate others while maintaining effective relationships with customers by meeting or exceeding their requirements and expectations. -Strong organizational skills, flexibility, and ability to prioritize work assignments.-Develop a thorough understanding of the entire scope of work, including plans, specs, logistics, materials, equipment, submittals, and other requirements.
