Description:
Participates in the development implementation and coordination of the capital budget to improve and maintain equipment and facilities 15
Lead and manage assigned capital projects to include new equipment installations
Monitors outside contractors to assure compliance with all company standards including sanitation safety quality productivity and budgeting 10
Understand and complies with all property accounting policies and procedures 5
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
Education: B.S. degree in Engineering or related technical field from an accredited institution.
Capable of managing the capital budget process from start to end.
Able to effectively manage multiple tasks/projects on an ongoing basis.
Thorough understanding of engineering economics.
Computer proficient.
