• Helping clients show energy compliance in new buildings
• Make sure building inspection passes energy codes
• Building models in Equest or Energy plus
• Cost benefit analysis
• Understanding of local law 97- carbon footprint
• Researching sustainability and energy
• Communicate with architects and engineers often

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

MUST HAVES:

• Energy Modeling & Simulation
• EQuest software (or similar)- Energy Plus is similar
• Bachelors degree
