Exhaust systems and meeting emissions. Not just simple D&R – packaging etc. there are calibrators doing vehicle work. people develop the bricks and coatings.

Able to manage communication with many cross functional teams supporting engine programs. Be able to speak the language.

It’s collocated job – 3-4 days at ford performance roush 57. The other days – 1 day on site with 3.5 engine team. The after treatment team. Integrate them and build relationships with those teams.

Loves the idea of hiring someone with calibration knowledge. Testing is good, too. Engine experience not required, but would be a big bonus.

EVP – Ford Performance is a tough group to get in. It’s a small team and they don’t have much turnover. Great opportunity for someone who’s passionate about motorsports.
