Actalent Engineering is seeking a Electrical Engineer to support our client in the Chantilly, Virginia area. Our client is a MEP engineering firm supporting Government and Commercial projects.

Job Description:

• Working with the electrical team to design power/control systems, schematic design, and lighting design for commercial and government buildings.
• Troubleshoot electrical systems and products at end clients request.
• Supporting the implementation, testing, and commissioning of a variety of electrical power project.
• The Specialized Design Group was formed with the specific objective of addressing the more complex and specialized infrastructure requirements of a select group of confidential clientele which includes work of national interest.
• Contributing to the success of several mission critical markets, the Specialized Design Group allows creative mangers, intuitive engineers and technical experts to grow in a fast paced, team based, broad spectrum, hands on environment.

Skills:

• MEP Design
• Electrical Design
• Revit proficiency
• Low voltage

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 2 years of US experience.
• Proficient in AutoCAD.
• Understanding of US building codes and NEC codes.
• Ability to obtain an active secret clearance.
