Description:
Installation, modification, programming, troubleshooting and repair of highly engineered and highly automated industrial equipment controlled by PLC, PC and other dedicated controls.
Design, plan, install and program complex controls systems and networks for injection molding, material handling and other specialized equipment utilizing PLC and HMI software for brands like; Siemens, Allen Bradley, and Beckhoff.
Lead the programming and troubleshooting of flexible automation with robots and gantries.
Manage relationships with key partners, vendors, and suppliers in executing assigned projects to ensure successful completion.
Take the lead on specifying vendors for replacement parts, continuous improvement, and value creation.
Work with other teams and assist in routine maintenance and emergency repairs of equipment.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:
Proven Industrial Networking experience - Profinet, Profibus, WinCC, ServoMotion, EtherCAT, Ignition / SQL / Allen Bradley / Factory Talk.
Fanuc robotics programming experience.
Must be able to work in adverse working conditions such as heat, wet, cold, noise, etc.
Possess excellent analytical skills, data interpretation and communicate them timely and succinctly.
Knowledge of safety practices such as lockout/tagout, MSHA, NFPA 70E, and proper use of PPE
