Description:
-Responsible for developing and implementing manufacturing processes and process improvements
-Assist in the development of new products to customers.
-Help build a roadmap of activities mixing Kaizen, training, and focused projects to drive operational improvement.
-Identify Lean improvement opportunities
-Develop and implement cost-effective manufacturing processes and methods
-MFG Processes include welding, brazing, machining, fabrication, forming, and assembly
