Description:

• Handle day-to-day project requirements
• Assist Project Manager's or Senior Project Manager's with project tasks
• Handle submittals, RFI's, change orders, and other subcontractor or owner coordination
• Coordinate with on-site Superintendent staff in regards to schedules, project progress, and more
• Utilize and organize documents in construction software
• Assist with project drawing coordination
• Lead or assist with job site meetings which can require traveling to jobsites
• Assist with comprehensive project schedules in MS Project

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree in Engineering or Architecture preferred, Construction Management secondary
• Experience with a General Contractor or Developer working on large projects ground-up or larger renovations preferred
• Industrial/Warehouse/Distribution Project Experience would be a plus
• Experience with Construction software's such as MS Project, Procore, Prolog, or CMiC
• Ability to travel to jobsites requiring overnight stays at times
