JOB DESCRIPTION

Description :

• Support the Project Manager and Superintendent on project with quality and compliance in accordance to contract documents
• Process and expediate answers to RFI's from field
• Be a liaison for subcontractors, architects, and the team on the floor to ensure high level of communication
• Help monitor and write delivery log and prepare meeting agendas
• Expedite punchlist items, verify items on punchlist are being completed
• Participate in and contribute to Operation Planning Process and weekly coordination meetings, superintendent meetings, daily crew huddles and foreman meetings

Additional Skills & Qualifications :

Four-year engineering degree related to construction preferred (construction management, civil engineering, would also consider ME - mechanical engineering).

Also open to an associates in construction related field or equivalent technical training and related experience, or a minimum of four years of construction site experience.

Preferred : 1 years experience as a Project Engineer, APM, Field Engineer on commercial, industrial, or healthcare projects

If they have a decent amount of relevant experience under their belt, we would potentially consider them for an engineer or estimator position.
