Description:

Seeking an experienced Case Manager to lead the team as our Clinical Director. You'll be joining a team that drives compassionate care for those challenged by mental health, developmental disabilities, substance use, homelessness, acquired brain injury and more. We provide access to therapies for emotional health and wellness; services for substance use recovery, developmental disabilities and acquired brain injury; and services for housing & residential programming. The Clinical Director will provide leadership and clinical support for the GRIT LGBTQ co-occurring substance use and mental health residential program. This program provides a 24 hour structured, safe environment for 16 adults, are located in the community, and provide assistance to those who are in recovery from addiction and have moderate to severe mental health conditions.

Daily Responsibilities Include: Clinical oversight of the program, supervision of 3 clinicians and providing direction re: assessments, intakes, treatment plans and trainings to staff and persons served as well as ensuring that the program meets clinical standards set by MHA and the Bureau of Substance Abuse.

Schedule:

Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:00pm or 9:00am-5:00pm

Skills & Qualifications:

Must have a Master's Degree in related field

Must be willing to obtain Massachusetts LISCW

1 year supervisory exp preferred
