This Clinical Research position is an onsite role in Grand Rapids, MI, this role will not offer relocation expenses.

40hrs/week, M-F

Job Description:

Looking to hire aclinical research coordinator to support an ongoing clinical trial. This CRC must be experienced in working independently. Duties will include recruitment via chart review, phone screening, media referral processing, along with data entry and query resolution. Please note, as the position and study progress, additional job duties will likely be added that are not listed in this description. A candidate must help the site and study where needed depending on the specific assignment.

Responsibilities:

• Chart review

• Data entry

• Medical record retrieval
• Scheduling appointments
• Any study efforts deemed necessary by the site

Qualifications:

• 2 year in a Clinical Research Coordinator role
• Experience with electronic medical records (EMR)
• Experience with electronic data capture (EDC) systems
• Experience in patient recruitment

Required Skills & Qualifications:

· Experience with data extraction from source documents and assist with query resolution

· Experience with patient recruitment and patient outreach.

· In-depth understanding of departmental, protocol, and study-specific procedures

· Proficiency in MS Windows and Office applications (Access, Outlook, Excel, Word)

·A minimum of 1-2 years clinical research experience
