Description:

Seeking an experienced Civil Engineer to join the Site Development team and lead the design team but also assist with project management. The successful candidate will work with a team to ensure projects are designed in accordance with current manuals and specifications, as well as following accepted industry practices and procedures.

The chosen applicant will be integrally involved in project management, client relations, and staff allocation as well as plan development and detailed calculations as needed. They need team members that versatile, enthusiastic, and have a highly team-oriented mindset.

Will be responsible, but not limited to:

• Managing the financial performance of projects
• Staff oversight and direction
• Performing CAD design
• Creating plan details and technical specification
• Estimating, quantity calculations
• Writing technical reports
• Obtaining permitting for projects
• Reviewing shop drawings
• Performing engineering analyses.
• Proposals, Contracts, Projections, Project Performance, KPI

Skills:

Design, civil, engineering, project management, project manager, project engineer, civil 3d, autocad, estimating, pe, professional engineer

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• Civil Engineering Degree
• Professional Engineer License in Indiana or Kentucky
• 4 - 6 years of professional civil design engineering experience
• Proficient using AutoCAD and Civil 3D
