Civil Engineer who has a passion to work with local communities on a wide range of civil, municipal, and environmental projects. Will need to be capable of developing, designing, and constructing municipal improvement projects.
Responsibilities will include preparing reports, plans, and specifications for specific projects.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
Desire to obtain PE license.
