Description:

Client is looking for Civil Land Development Designers. Candidates will be using Cilvil3D to design complete construction engineering documents. Must be able to prepare a complete set of construction plans from start to finish. A degree in Civil Engineering is not required but would be beneficial. Responsibilities of this role include but are not limited to:• Develop detailed designs, reports, and engineering studies• Successfully prepare and deliver project technical documents, technical specifications, and design calculations• Coordinate drawing development with technical staff• Establish and maintain excellent relationship with both external and internal clients• Perform project and construction administration of related designs as required• Ability to travel locally as projects requireMust possess the following:• A minimum of interning experience required (local experience preferred but not necessary)• Strong technical skills• Strong communication skills and personal skills• Working knowledge of common civil engineering software such as AutoCAD Civil 3-D, EXCEL, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Project*Must be comfortable working on commercial projects
