We are looking to add a Civil Construction Superintendent to our growing team. Our clients are working with some of the largest programs and agencies throughout NJ. We need someone who's comfortable interacting with clients, traveling to different job sites and managing union/non union subcontractors. Please see the description below:

Review project plans and/or proposal and develop a plan for completing the assigned tasks on time and within budget

Manage and coordinate one or more crews

Manage and coordinate subcontractors

Maintain, forecast and order project materials and supplies

Communicate daily with Project Manager on progress, work schedules, safety, etc.

Ensure employee safety

Ensure all company safety and environmental policies are being followed

Maintain a clean and organized jobsite

Document daily project activities and pay quantities

Communicate, update and report to the Project Manager.
