Description:

As a part of the petroleum team, you will be primarily responsible for the following inside of the lab:

• Processing oil and gas samples
• Executing wet chemistry techniques
• Vapor pressure testing
• Distillations
• Octane tests
• Gas Chromatography
• Working collaboratively with other team members
• Maintaining cleanliness of the lab
• Practicing GMPs and GLPs
• Keeping pace in a fast pace production facility

There will also be the opportunity and ability to gain exposure with analytical instrumentation.

Qualifications:

For this position, candidates must have the following for consideration:

• Bachelors of science degree in Chemistry, Biology, or Biochemistry
• Industry experience working with sample processing inside of a laboratory setting
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Ability to learn and adapt to feedback
• Flexibility in schedule
