Job Overview:

We are seeking a Certified Pharmacy Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for patient care and possess the necessary skills to excel in a hospital or critical care setting.

Responsibilities:

- Assist pharmacists in preparing and dispensing medications
- Maintain pharmacy inventory by checking pharmaceutical stock to determine inventory level
- Process prescriptions accurately and efficiently
- Provide excellent customer service to patients
- Utilize aseptic techniques in preparing medications, particularly for IV infusions
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care

Skills:

- Critical care experience
- Strong patient service skills
- Knowledge of medical terminology
- Familiarity with inhale medications
- Proficiency in pharmacy technician duties
- Ability to perform aseptic techniques
- Experience in acute care settings

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
