Overview: Mechanical designer with a background in building systems.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the design and installation of various mechanical systems.
• Write reports and proposals.
• Ability to manage designers and CAD personnel.
• Coordinate with owners, architects, and other members of the design team.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering- preferred but not required

- 3-5 years of experience in the field

- Experience with HVAC design

- Experience with Residential and Commercial projects

- Experience with Construction Documents in AutoCAD

- Ability to go out in the field to take measurements and consult with Architects and client
