BIM Designer

Job Description:

Seeking a Revit designer to support data center campus design to include underground electrical power design. Our client is a design/build utility contractor within the Northern Virginia market. They support data center and local utility clients.

Minimum 5 years of experience with design to deliverable experience within Revit. They also need to be capable of attending client meetings and interfacing with external stakeholders. Right now they only have 1 other person in the company that knows Revit, so they need to build this team out with more experts in this area.

This person doesn't need to have utility experience, they do need expert level Revit skills soup to nuts.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

Candidates need to be able to work in a team and where multiple hats.

Current designer majored in architecture, open to an MEP experience as well. Underground utility skills will be taught.

Fully onsite until up to speed (around 1 year) then potentially flexibility with WFH
