Description:

Responsibilities:

• Maintain aseptic cell cultures, ensuring their viability and health.
• Monitor cell lines, troubleshoot issues, and optimize growth conditions.
• Perform immunocytochemistry assays to detect specific proteins or markers within cells.
• Analyze and interpret immunostaining results.
• Extract DNA from various biological samples for quantitative PCR (qPCR) analysis.
• Ensure sample integrity and accurate quantification.
• Review and validate BioAnalytical Data Packets, ensuring compliance with GCLP (Good Clinical Laboratory Practice) and non-GXP (non-Good X Practice) standards.
• Verify data accuracy, consistency, and completeness.
• Prepare protocols, reports, and data tables summarizing experimental findings.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to communicate results effectively.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant scientific field (e.g., Biology, Biochemistry, Pharmacology).
• Proficiency in aseptic cell culture techniques.
• Understanding of immunocytochemistry principles and practical experience.
• Detail-oriented personality with strong organizational skills.
• Familiarity with BioAnalytical Methods (PK, IM, LCMS, PCR).
• Ability to interpret and analyze scientific data accurately.
• Experience working in a regulated environment (e.g., pharmaceutical, biotech, or clinical research).
• Knowledge of GLP (Good Laboratory Practice) and GCP (Good Clinical Practice) guidelines.
