Actalent is Hiring an Architectural Project Manager Near Somerset, NJ
Our client is one o the largest commercial property group's in the country. They are looking for a project manager/AutoCAD expert to join their design services team to support the national roll-out projects for their major retail clients.
Description:
- Owns key client relationships to ensure client satisfaction and building trust striving for long-term relationships
- Manages a team to execute client project needs providing hands on support when needed
- Develops and executes work flow logistics
- Ensures projects deadlines are met
- Partners and coordinates with internal teams to ensure overall projects are complete, integrated and satisfies all requirements of contracts
- Build and maintain a highly skilled and motivated team
- Provides technical assistance as required
l Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Architecture
5 years of Architectural experience
Previous Management experience
Must have experience producing Design Architecture for retail and restaurant clients
AutoCAD is a must - ability to produce construction drawings using AutoCAD
