Description:

• Manage the contractual and financial responsibilities of projects for commercial facilities
• Monitor the design process from the conceptual phase through construction
• Ensure the completion of projects within budget, on schedule, and meeting all program objectives
• Develop, forecast, and monitor project budget
• Build and manage successful project teams
• Serve as a primary resource to clients on all project-related issues
• Provide technical support and project communications to the team

Skills & Qualifications:

• Accredited Bachelors Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or Interior Architecture
• 10 years of experience in and architecture/design firm
  • This does NOT include internship experience or experience outside of US standards
• At least 3 years working within commercial interiors
• Ability to manage commercial interiors from initial conception, through design, and installation
• Ability to communicate and coordinate with clients, and manage multiple ongoing projects at once
• Must be local- this is an in office role
• Must have valid driver's license
• Must have valid work authorization
