A rapidly growing architecture and planning organization that specializes in institutional design solutions for various industries is actively seeking an experienced architect to join their team!
Seeking ambitious individuals on track to become licensed.
Job Title: Architect
Location: current office is located in Summit, NJ but are relocating to Somerset/East Brunswick, NJ in the fall - MUST BE ABLE TO COMMUT TO BOTH.
Qualifications:
- 5 years of professional experience
- Healthcare project experience or relatable commercial projects
- Core & Shell / Base Building Experience
- Bachelors in Architecture or Interior Design required
- Revit Proficiency (Will be an assessment more than likely)
- MUST have the ability to produce construction documents
- Presentation skills including 3D Renderings and walk through animation are a plus.
Job Description:
- Develop designs for high quality healthcare projects
- Maintain client, vendor, and consultant relationships
- Prepare renderings and documentation for client presentation
