• PAY: $33 to $40 an hour depending on experience

Responsibilities

 Support operations with troubleshooting production quality issues and resolve customer issues

 Help establish process controls, product test requirements while monitoring product performance

 Lead failure analysis and corrective action efforts

 Interpret test results, write reports, and effectively communicate with plant personnel and customers

 Interface with other Engineering personnel to establish process controls and product test requirements

 Lead failure analysis and corrective action efforts

 Maintain appropriate quality records which include, but are not limited to, certifications and treat inspection records

MUST HAVES:

- 2 Years relevant Quality Engineering experience

- Exposure to Automotive OEM Supplier quality practices and procedures

- Experience in using Statistical Process Controls

- Minimum Bachelor Degree in engineering or manufacturing (in lieu of BS degree having 5 years of Quality Engineering experience)

- Experience working with quality management tools (PPAP, APQP, CAPA)

- Process improvement experience using methodologies such as; Lean Six sigma, 5S, A3, 5D

NICE TO HAVES:

- Prior work experience with automotive PPAP process and customer interface
