In this role you will: An Implementation Specialist at Actabl assists with the implementation, deployment, and documentation of software as a service (Saas) systems. Uses customer requirements provided by Project Manager to configure applications to meet customer-specific business processes. If necessary, works with customers during deployment of business solutions. Configures the solutions through deployment, training, and hand-off activities Typical Functions:
System setup, data loading, report building, and data mapping for all implementation projects.
Assist Project Manager with customer calls and meetings for support and project review if necessary.
Maintain strong communication on project status and any necessary escalations to Project Manager.
Updates notes on Client accounts as it relates to custom configuration and process flows.
Identifies configuration problems and researches alternatives through testing and consulting with peers.
Configures and deploys enterprise applications and business processes.
Supports business process testing of the application prior to end-user acceptance testing.
Ensures that all projects are delivered on time.
Other duties or functions may be assigned.
Requirements
2 years in the Hotel Industry or Hotel Saas preferred, Customer Service or similar experience
Bi-Lingual - Spanish/English
Willing to travel 50-90% Domestic and International
Strong organization and time management to handle multiple implementations at once
Ability to triage current work queue and prioritize accordingly
Ability to work individually and as part of a team
Curious and eager to always learn more
Strong communication skills
