Description

Our successful, employee-owned Arkansas sign manufacturing and installation/service company is searching for an additional highly motivated and detail-oriented person to add to our growing team. The applicant would work in multiple areas learning and gaining experience in print/sign production.

Responsibilities: 

• Learn, understand, and perform maintenance of production equipment.
• Learn to operate the flatbed printer, large format printer, router, and plotter.
• Load material into printer, plotter, and router.
• Participate in preparing vinyl for installation, including weeding, masking, trimming, and other processes.
• Use and maintain the laminator in an appropriate manner.
• Assist in secondary operations such as installing grommets and taping banners.
• Learn all aspects of vinyl production, including simple programming, plotting, and technical aspects.
• Learn all aspects of materials used in our printing and sign production.
• Assist in all areas of production.
• Keep the shop area clean and organized.

Job Type: Full-time
