​​​​We are looking for a friendly face to join our team of experienced eye care professionals. Candidate must have good communication skills and be able to multi-task in a busy environment. We are looking for candidates who can work 7 to 8 hours a day (office hours 9am-5:30pm on weekdays and 8:30am-5pm on Saturday), 1-5 days a week. Full time employees will receive medical and dental benefits. You will perform routine administrative and clinical assignments to keep the optometry practice running smoothly.

Responsibilities:

• Handle all administrative duties in a timely manner
• Perform routine clinical tasks to support optometrist

​ Qualifications:

• Previous experience in healthcare administration or other related fields is a plus, but not needed. We are willing to train the right candidate
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to speak Vietnamese or Chinese (along with English) is strongly preferred (although not required).
