-25% front-end commission up to MSRP
-Back-end, pro-pack, and unit bonuses
-Currently, we have a low, used inventory that is fueled by new car sales - help us sell Toyotas and Hondas to build it back to make even more money!!
-Very strong primary F&I Department that has a high closing ratio of back-end product
-5 day work week
-NO Sundays
-Being bilingual is a plus
-Previous Honda or Toyota dealer experience is great, but not required
