$18.00 - $22.00
Description

ACS Group is a privately held company that designs and manufactures comprehensive lines of auxiliary products for the plastics processing industry. ACS Group maintains an expansive product line, which includes size reduction equipment (granulators and shredders), material conveying equipment, metering and blending devices, heat exchangers (mold temperature control units and chillers), drying systems, and presses. These products are marketed under such recognizable brand names as AEC, Sterling, Cumberland, Wabash and Carver.
Manufacturing facilities are located in New Berlin, Wisconsin and Wabash, Indiana with a third facility located Suzhou,China to handle the needs of the Asian market.

$2.50/hr shift premium

A successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Operates within Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), position overview, blueprints, wiring schematics, and work instructions
  • Completes required paperwork e.g. timecards, quality documents, test records, quality documents, standard-work, etc.
  • Follows written and verbal instructions and assignments
  • Adheres to all company procedures, rules and regulations e.g. safety & 5s procedures
  • Effectively wire a variety of products that range from standardized design and function to non-standard products.
  • Work requires basic electrical assembly aptitude, technique and ability to operate machinery, equipment, and computer terminals
  • Use required measuring and gauging devices and meters
  • Contribute to a positive work environment
  • Performs other duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent and 1 years of electrical experience preferable
  • Demonstrated ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, specifications and written instruction to determine the form, fit and function of parts
  • Adept in basic critical thinking, problem solving and spatial reasoning
  • Familiar with the use of various hand/power tools and meters
  • Good organizational skills
  • Basic math skills
  • Detail oriented
