Pay Rate: $231,000 - $280,000/Yearly

Shift: Days Rotational shift

SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS

• Board Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine - REQUIRED
• Board Certified in Geriatrics (Fellowship-trained) or Certificate of Added Qualifications in Geriatric Medicine (to be completed prior to start) - HIGHLY PREFERRED
• AL license (or willing to obtain) - REQUIRED
• Clean Malpractice - HIGHLY PREFERRED
• CDS Certification (by time of start) - REQUIRED
• DEA (by time of start) - REQUIRED
• BLS (by time of start) - REQUIRED
• Minimum of 1 year experience working with the frail or elderly population (add to "Experience" field) - REQUIRED
• Previous supervisory experience (add to "Experience" field) - REQUIRED
• State provider's interest in full-time or part-time (add to "Additional Submission Details" field) - REQUIRED
