Job Title: Perm - Physician - Medical Director

Location: 315 S. Manning Blvd. Albany, NY 12208

Pay Rate: $450,000 -$600,000/Hourly

Shift: Monday-Friday, 40 hour

SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS

• Board Certified in Internal Medicine - REQUIRED
• Board Eligible/Board Certified in Hematology/Oncology - REQUIRED
• NY license (or in process) - REQUIRED
• DEA - REQUIRED
• BLS & ACLS - REQUIRED
• Note experience with procedures list in attached "Practice Description" - REQUIRED
