SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS

• Must have completed a Surgical Technology program, or must have five (5) consecutive years training/experience as a surgical tech, or LPN with one (1) year surgical tech preferred. Profile Requirements:
• Work History
• Skills Checklist, current to 1 year, pertinent to specialty
• 2 Supervisory References, from the past 12 months of employment
• License/Certifications (NBSTSA preferred & BLS - Facility will not pend license/certs)
• BLS
• NBSTSA

Pay: $55.00 - $60.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
